Designer Job Duties
  • Develop site layouts, content, graphic, and video animations
  • Proficiency with WordPress, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, GoAnimate, etc.
  • Plan site design by clarifying goals and designing functionality.
  • Prepare sites by installing and configuring server software
  • Install programming language using authoring and formatting tools
  • Ensure cross-platform compatibility and establishing links.
  • Protect site by designing and installing security precautions.
  • Provide information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
  • Keep equipment operating by following operating instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, maintaining supplies, performing preventive maintenance, or calling for repairs
  • Meet clients or account managers to discuss the business objectives and requirements of the job.
  • Present finalised ideas and concepts to clients or account managers.
  • Work with a range of media, including computer-aided design (CAD) and keeping up to date with emerging technologies.
Qualifications

  • Create PowerPoint presentations for prospective clients, conferences and webinars.
  • Compile and monitor correspondence, memos and prioritize critical information.
